■ Chemglass Vacuum Manifold AF-0450에서 AF-0454와 같이 사용

■ 1차 펌프는 1×10-3
Torr 와 8L/sec의 펌프유량을 가져야 함
● 오일 가열을 위해 Mantle은 별도 구매해야 함 (100 ml R-B Flask용)
■ Bypass : Isolate the Oil Diffusion Pump from the Mechanical
Pump While it Rough Pumps the System
■ Operation : In the Bypass Mode
- Valves A and B are closed isolating the diffusion pump from the
system while valve C is open.
- Once the system has reached 1×10-5
Torr, valve C is closed and
A and B are opened, restoring the diffusion pump to the pumping circuit.
Pump oil listed is Dow Corning #704.
